Terms of Service

Submitting the consultation form starts a conversation. It does not reserve a date, create a booking, or commit either of us to anything. Work is confirmed only after a consultation, when the menu, schedule and price have been agreed between us directly.

Prices shown on this website are a guide. Weekly in-home meal preparation starts at $375 per visit and varies with household size, menu complexity and dietary requirements. Private dinners and events are quoted individually. The price that applies to you is the one confirmed in writing before your first visit.

This one matters more than the rest.

We take allergies seriously and design menus around them. For that to work, you must tell us about every allergy, intolerance and dietary requirement in your household, accurately and in full, before we cook — and tell us promptly if anything changes.

We cook in your kitchen, using your equipment and surfaces. That means we cannot guarantee an environment free of any given allergen, and we will be honest with you during the consultation about what we can and cannot safely accommodate. If we do not think we can cook safely for a particular requirement, we will say so rather than take the risk.

The service requires access to your kitchen at an agreed time. Entry arrangements are agreed with you in advance. We ask that the kitchen is available and usable for the arranged period, and we leave it clean.

Cancellation and rescheduling terms are agreed with you directly as part of your arrangement, since they depend on the service and the notice given. Groceries bought for a cancelled visit may still be chargeable.

The text, photography and design on this site belong to Mise with Loveand may not be copied or reused without permission. We keep the site accurate and current, but content may change without notice.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the visit in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
